Job summary

ENTEK Manufacturing LLC in Lebanon, Oregon, is seeking a Client Engineer to provide technical support and infrastructure assistance across desktops, mobile devices, and enterprise apps. You’ll work with internal users and IT teams to ensure secure, reliable systems in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

The role includes hosting Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices, managing Intune/JAMF/SCCM workflows, and supporting Microsoft 365 ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and procedures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience supporting end users and enterprise technology systems

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues both onsite and remotely
• Support collaboration platforms including Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, and Slack
• Configure and manage user devices using endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, JAMF, and SCCM
• Maintain IT asset records and support equipment lifecycle management
• Apply system updates, patches, and security configurations to maintain secure environments
• Support endpoint security initiatives including antivirus, encryption, and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
• Assist with user access and identity management activities
• Troubleshoot network-related issues including Wi-Fi, VPN, and VoIP systems
• Participate in system upgrades, cloud migrations, and technology deployment projects
• Collaborate with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems engineering teams
• Maintain accurate documentation of support activities, procedures, and technical standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and IT best practices
