Job summary

Aegis Worldwide is seeking an Inventory Coordinator in Sun Prairie, Wisconsin to maintain accurate inventory records, support material flow, and ensure production teams have the materials they need to operate efficiently.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years in inventory, warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environments, strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in inventory, warehouse, distribution or manufacturing.
• Experience with inventory management or ERP systems preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform routine inventory transactions.
• Receive, verify, and organize incoming materials and supplies.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Coordinate material movement between the warehouse and production.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances.
• Ensure materials are stored safely and organized according to company procedures.
• Work closely with production, purchasing, and shipping teams to support daily operations.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
