Job summary

Krueger International Incorporated in Bonduel, WI is seeking an Inventory Specialist for the Manufacturing plant on first shift. You will manage, track, and maintain the organization’s inventory of raw materials, components, and finished products.

Responsibilities include conducting cycle counts, reconciling records, and ensuring accurate data in reports. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work at a steady pace, and the physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control processes preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Performs inventory transactions including scrap materials, replacements, testing samples, vendor returns, and adjustments.
• Conducts regular inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Identifies and resolves discrepancies between physical and system records.
• Maintains accurate inventory records and uses reports to monitor status.
• Troubleshoots and resolves inventory issues.
• Ensures proper storage to prevent damage and adheres to safety standards.
• Documents MDM changes, negative inventory, and dollar values of inventory transactions.
• Analyzes inventory practices and recommends improvements to operations.
• Implements best practices to minimize waste, reduce costs and increase efficiency.

KI's Manufacturing plant in Bonduel has an opening on first shift in our Materials Management Department as an Inventory Specialist.

The inventory specialist is responsible for managing, tracking, and maintain the organization’s inventory of raw materials, components, and finished products.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Performs necessary inventory transactions such as scrap materials, product used for replacements, testing or as samples, vendor returns, physical count adjustments and correction of errant reporting.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure accuracy in physical and BPCS records.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and system records.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records.
• Use reports to monitor inventory status. Troubleshoot & problem-solve any issues.
• Ensure inventory is stored properly to prevent damage, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Documentation of MDM changes, negative inventory, dollar values of inventory transactions and gross margins.
• Analyze inventory management practices and recommend improvements to operations.
• Implement best practices in inventory control to minimize waste, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.

Candidate must have strong attention to detail, time management and excellent organizational skills. Must be able to work at a continuous pace and be able to work with minimal supervision. Candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have the ability to work on their feet for long periods of time. Successful completion of a drug screen is required for all employees.
