AROW Global is seeking an Inventory Control - Material Handling associate in Mosinee, WI. This full-time role involves staging and stocking materials for production, delivering materials between departments, and performing cycle counts to ensure accuracy.

You will read blueprints, use tape measures and hand tools, and must become forklift certified within 30 days. The position includes comprehensive benefits after 30 days and a sign-on bonus, with a schedule that may require overtime on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills; ability to read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Ability to read/use a tape measure and various hand tools.
• Must be willing to become forklift certified within 30 days of employment.
• Prior manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Staging and stocking needed materials for production.
• Deliver and retrieve materials between departments and buildings.
• Cycle counting to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Ensure quality on all assembled and pre-assembled materials.
• Work closely with a team and support cross training in other inventory control areas.
