Niagara is seeking a Manufacturing Intern in Temple, TX for a 10-12 week summer assignment. Interns rotate through multiple plant areas, gaining hands-on experience with production methods, machines, and processes to support current projects.

We value candidates who are pursuing a Bachelor's degree and are in their junior or rising senior year. You will present internship outcomes to department leadership and develop a continuous improvement mindset.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree; current junior or rising senior.
• Preferred: 2 years of field or manufacturing experience.

Responsabilités

• Rotate through multiple areas of the manufacturing plant to gain an overall understanding of the manufacturing process.
• Provide support to plant team members to gain hands on experience with production methods, machines, and processes.
• Assist with research on new and existing projects and support major decision making.
• Receive intellectual and creative opportunities to tackle a problem and develop proposed solutions.
• Attend department meetings and action plan based on feedback.
• Learn to collaborate and communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Create a presentation on internship experience, projects, and outcomes and present to department leadership.
