Niagara Bottling is offering a Manufacturing Intern position in Cincinnati for a 10-12 week summer program. Interns will rotate through manufacturing areas, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to projects using a continuous improvement mindset.

During the internship, you will present outcomes to department leadership, build cross-functional collaboration skills, and develop practical solutions while exploring operations at one of our facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum required: Current Junior/Rising Senior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsabilités

• Rotate through multiple manufacturing areas to understand processes.
• Support plant team members to gain hands-on experience with production methods and machines.
• Assist with research on new and existing projects and support decision making.
• Receive opportunities to tackle problems and develop proposed solutions.
• Attend department meetings and create action plans based on feedback.
• Collaborate across all levels of the organization.
