Job summary

Niagara Bottling, LLC invites motivated students for a Manufacturing Intern position at our Temple, TX plant. This 10-12 week summer internship offers hands-on experience across manufacturing departments, with a focus on applying a continuous improvement mindset to real projects and solutions.

You will rotate through production areas, support plant teams, and present outcomes to leadership, gaining practical skills and building a foundational career in manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Current junior or rising senior pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 0 years of experience in manufacturing or related environment for internship.
• 0 years in the internship role or position.
• 2 years of experience in manufacturing environment (preferred).
• 2 years of experience working in a similar position (preferred).
• 2 years of experience managing people/projects (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple areas of the manufacturing plant to gain understanding of the process.
• Provide support to plant team members to gain hands-on experience with production methods, machines, and processes.
• Assist with research on new and existing projects and support major decision making.
• Attend department meetings and present internship experience, projects, and outcomes to leadership.
