Job summary

Vaco is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to support customer relationships, sales operations, and growth initiatives within a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will build relationships with customers and outside reps, provide pricing and product information, coordinate with production and shipping, and generate sales reports to drive performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment preferred.
ERP experience is a plus.
Strong MS Office skills including pivot tables.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated with a customer-focused mindset and high professionalism.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and outside sales representatives.
Provide pricing, product information, production schedules, and shipping updates to customers.
Coordinate with production teams to manage order fulfillment and shipping timelines.
Partner with freight carriers to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.
Maintain and update customer pricing information and records.
Generate and distribute sales reporting and business data.
Assist with customer return and material authorization processes.
