Job summary

Highspring LLC (d/b/a Vaco by Highspring) seeks an Inside Sales Associate to join a well-established manufacturing team. You will build relationships with customers, support sales agents, and coordinate with production and logistics to drive growth and exceptional service.

You will provide pricing, scheduling, and shipping details, generate sales reports, and help resolve product issues, working collaboratively across sales, operations, and logistics to ensure a seamless experience.

Qualifications

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships while identifying new sales opportunities.
• Provide pricing, product, production scheduling, and shipping information to customers.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Manage customer pricing information and sales-related data.
