Job summary

DeWys Metal Solutions is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to serve as the key customer liaison in a high-energy manufacturing setting. You will manage multiple customers, communicate clearly, and collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and other teams to ensure accurate, timely information and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven organizational, prioritization, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn ERP/CRM and other business systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers as a primary point of contact.
• Provide clear, concise, timely, and transparent communication to customers and internal teams.
• Proactively communicate changes, risks, priorities, and expectations.
• Coordinate with internal resources to drive resolution of customer concerns.
• Monitor orders, forecasts, inventory, and open issues to prevent delays.
