• Ability to read drawings; AutoCAD a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers regarding products, pricing, lead times, orders and delivery.
• Develop and maintain positive business relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales to align efforts and ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle quotations, order entries, acknowledgments, and data entry.
• Track inventory and assist in annual contracts coordination.
• Travel to trade shows or customer visits as needed.
