Job summary

American Construction Materials (ACM), a strategic unit of ABC Supply, seeks an experienced Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will process orders, coordinate with customers, and support sales growth in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will ensure on-time delivery, handle calls and service issues, and help develop stocking programs while collaborating with internal teams to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must have college degree or equivalent experience
• Previous sales and/or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to read prints and interpret drawings
• ERP experience preferred, specifically JDE
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• Initiate credit requests
