ABC Supply's American Construction Materials unit seeks a Manufacturing Team Leader to guide a production group on the shop floor, coordinating workflows and ensuring on-time output.

As a working Team Lead you will train associates, set up work stations, track inventory, and uphold quality with strict safety practices. This role requires a technical degree and supervisory experience in manufacturing, with strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or warehouse supervisory role.
• Ability to read and interpret process instructions, drawings, dimensions and machine settings.
• Experience measuring with tape measure, caliper or micrometer.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to lead under pressure.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8-hour day.

Responsibilities

Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday 5:30am- 2pmThis is a first shift position.American Construction Materials (ACM), a strategic business unit of ABC Supply, produces a wide array of metal building materials including trim coil, edge metal, gutter systems, and a variety of other metal accessories. If you're looking for a fast-paced position with an established company, we want to hear from you!In this role, you will be responsible for leading the manufacturing team as well as contributing to the work in this division by accomplishing the goals and objectives assigned by management. As a working Team Lead, you will be involved in the distribution of new work, training new associates, setting up work stations and overseeing the quality of product and work being produced.
