Job summary

ECI Software Solutions is seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to lead post-sale onboarding and go-live for Amper, our manufacturing visibility solution. You will guide hardware placement, machine connectivity, and software configuration to maximize operational value.

You will work closely with plant managers, IT, engineering, and operations to ensure smooth deployment and adoption, with a customer-centric, problem-solving approach across industrial environments.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in customer-facing implementation or consulting.
• Experience in manufacturing environments required.
• Engineering background preferred (manufacturing/industrial).

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from post-sale kickoff to go-live.
• Serve as the primary implementation lead and trusted advisor during onboarding, installation, configuration, and adoption.
• Assess customer environments and recommend hardware placement, machine connectivity, and system setup.
• Advise on how to connect Amper to manufacturing equipment based on type and workflow.
• Collaborate with plant managers, engineers, IT, and operations to ensure deployment success.
• Configure software, support setup, testing, and training.
