As an HSE Coordinator you will educate staff, enforce policies, and drive compliance across the location, partnering with leadership and contractors. The role emphasizes incident investigations, staff training, process improvements, and metrics development, with a focus on continuous safety improvement and adherence to

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive safety and health management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Health & Safety Management preferred.
• OSHA 500 Trainer certification preferred.
• Strong communication and auditing abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and safety software.

Responsibilities

• Support incident reporting, investigation, and resolution within the facility.
• Lead and participate in staff safety training and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies and regional directives.
• Develop metrics and safety initiatives for assigned locations.
• Build relationships with staff, contractors, and vendors.
• Maintain environmental compliance calendar and reports.
