Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in EH&S or related field.
• 5-6 years of manufacturing EH&S experience.
• Ability to certify Forklift Operators and lead trainings.
• Experience with OSHA, EPA and local environmental regs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Environmental safety efforts.
• Ensure forklift compliances are current and certifications renewed.
• Establish KPIs for safety and environmental compliance.
• Develop emergency response plans and drills.
• Provide regulatory guidance and reporting to OSHA, EPA, NFPA and local laws.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis.
• Support audits and continuous improvement of EHS programs.
