Job summary

Compulink Cable Assemblies of Florida, INC in Saint Petersburg, FL seeks an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to partner with operations and engineering to reduce injury risk. The role blends technical safety leadership with hands-on engagement with frontline teams to drive measurable improvements.

The position emphasizes development of robust EHS programs, regulatory compliance, and clear KPI reporting to site leadership.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience with OSHA and annual compliance training strongly preferred
Strong communication, organization and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Partner with operations, engineering, quality and facilities to identify hazardous behaviors and conditions and drive corrective actions.
Develop and manage site EHS programs (HAZCOM, LO/TO, EAP, PPE, PIT) and ongoing safety trainings.
Ensure compliance with federal and state health and safety regulations and maintain required records.
Lead site EHS audits and inspections and present KPI-driven reports to site leadership.
