Job summary

VRC Engineered Solutions is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Milwaukee manufacturing operations. In this dynamic role, you'll partner with leaders and employees to provide strategic and day-to-day HR support across employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, benefits, compliance, and organizational development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years progressive HR experience, including at least 1 year in manufacturing.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS (UKG preferred).
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, and employment law.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, coaching, corrective actions, and workplace investigations.
• Provide guidance on HR policies, employment practices, and compliance requirements.
• Support employee engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and talent acquisition efforts.
• Collaborate on employee development, engagement, and HR program initiatives.
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers on HR-related matters.
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to drive informed business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
• Support HR systems, reporting, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
