Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR leadership role.
• 7+ years as HR generalist or related HR role.
• Excellent oral/written communication skills.

• Ability to partner with all levels of the organization.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to provide talent strategies.
• Collaborate with COE partners to influence policies and procedures.
• Use people analytics to inform strategies and action plans.
• Oversee talent acquisition with recruiting COE for hiring plans.
• Support resourcing plans and manage headcount budgets.
• Promote HR lifecycle across client groups (coaching, org design, succession).
• Oversee Performance & Career Development processes and succession planning.
• Partner with HRBPs to deliver a consistent employee experience.
• Manage HR team progress against objectives and budgets.
• Travel up to 15% to support business units.
