Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR-related experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field.
• PHR or SPHR certification.
• Experience with recruiting, training, coaching and compensation.
• Experience using HR information and payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the Total Rewards/Logistics director with HR processes and communications.
• Assist with PED processes and performance management plans.
• Support recruitment, selection and on-boarding for related units.
• Provide guidance on compensation and alignment with the compensation plan.
• Support training initiatives and individual development plans.
• Partner with managers on workforce planning and future needs.
• Collect data on facility processes and propose improvements.
• Ensure compliance with I-9, FMLA, ADA and EEOC regulations.
• Travel to partner with corporate managers for workforce planning.
