Job summary

Workspire, a growing manufacturing and infrastructure platform, is seeking an HR Manager in Connersville, Indiana. Reporting to the VP of People and Culture, you will partner with plant leadership to drive a safe, productive, and engaged operation.

This hands-on role spans recruiting, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and workforce planning, with exposure to both floor and leadership conversations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience with site-level operations
• Fluent in English and Spanish; strong written and verbal communication
• Experience in manufacturing/industrial settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR partner for the Connersville site leadership and employees
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations at the site
• Support payroll, benefits, and compliance coordination
• Coach managers on performance, attendance, and investigations
• Develop scalable HR practices aligned to production plans
