• 7+ years progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and provide solutions.
• Proficient with HR software and MS Office.
• Strong communication and confidential information handling.
• Experience with payroll and HRIS data management.
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR Director to execute priorities and support goals.
• Implement programs to promote morale, retention and attendance.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for production staff.
• Oversee onboarding and training for sustained effectiveness.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and timesheet reconciliation.
• Maintain employee files and HRIS data changes.
• Oversee absenteeism policy and disciplinary actions.
• Coach managers and conduct performance reviews.
• Handle Leave of Absence and Workers' Compensation questions.
• Track monthly, quarterly and annual HR metrics.
• Support plant management with functions, projects and reports.
