Job summary

You will drive HR initiatives that improve morale, attendance, and compliance across manufacturing sites. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, bi-weekly payroll, HRIS data management, leave and workers’ compensation administration, and monthly HR metrics reporting.

• Lead employee services, policies, and programs.

• Administer leaves, workers' compensation, and compliance reporting.
• Generate monthly HR metrics and reports.
