Job summary

Milbank Manufacturing Company in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Senior Plant Human Resources Generalist to serve as a strategic HR partner for plant leadership, supervisors, and employees. This exempt role covers employee and labor relations, recruiting and retention, performance management, benefits, compliance, workforce planning, and continuous improvement across the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• Professional HR certification preferred (PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP).
• Five+ years of progressively responsible HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting employee relations, investigations, recruiting, benefits, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR leadership and partnership to plant leadership and teams.
• Advise on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and change.
• Lead investigations and support grievance and labor relations activities.
• Drive recruiting, onboarding, retention, and workforce strategy in the plant.
• Administer benefits, leave programs, and HR compliance activities.
• Develop and implement standardized HR processes and continuous improvements.
