The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing HR, strong communication skills, and the ability to mentor a team while managing employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 3+ years HR experience in manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, recruiting, and compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both hourly production employees and management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with leadership potential.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and employee development.
• Partner with managers and supervisors to address employee concerns and workplace issues.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
• Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HR reporting.
• Help develop and improve HR policies, procedures, and processes.
• Support employee engagement, retention, and company culture initiatives.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers on HR-related matters.
• Support training and development initiatives across the organization.
• Ensure HR practices align with the needs of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Take ownership of projects and initiatives designed to improve the overall employee experience.
