Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in manufacturing.
• Experience with WorkDay software.
• Experience working with union employees.
• Experience supporting employees across multiple plant locations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Understanding of performance management, benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the talent acquisition function, setting recruiting strategy for salaried positions across all locations.
• Partner with plant and functional leaders on workforce planning, including hiring for new, expanding, and acquired facilities.
• Mentor and lead the HR team, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
• Manage all aspects of performance management, ensuring fair evaluations and prompt addressing of issues.
• Oversee benefits administration, ensuring employees understand and can utilize benefits.
• Handle employee relations, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
• Work closely with union employees to understand and address their needs and concerns.
• Utilize WorkDay to track and manage HR-related data and tasks.
