Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management, business administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, benefits administration, and employment compliance.

Responsibilities

• Align HR strategies with business objectives, workforce planning, and organizational development
• Manage employee relations, investigations, performance management, and policy compliance
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, retention, and succession planning initiatives
• Develop training programs that strengthen employee skills and leadership capabilities
• Ensure employment compliance while supporting workplace safety and workers' compensation
• Leverage HR metrics and technology to improve processes and workforce performance
