Job summary

Sora Resource Group is seeking an Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic business partner for the manufacturing plant leadership team. You will lead HR initiatives to build a high-performance culture, drive engagement, and align HR with operational goals.

The role requires 10+ years in HR with at least 3 in supervision, manufacturing experience, and strong HRIS knowledge. You will oversee recruiting, onboarding, payroll data integrity, leaves, investigations, and employee development in

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or management role.
Manufacturing environment experience is required.
Strong knowledge of federal and South Carolina state HR laws and regulations.
Experience with HRIS; Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with site operations leaders to design proactive employee relations programs.
Develop and execute strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
Lead staffing and recruitment activities, including manpower planning and full-cycle recruiting for salaried staff.
Manage onboarding: background checks, drug screenings, offer letters, and orientation.
