You will partner with the HR Manager to drive lean, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring policy compliance and fair treatment of hourly and salaried staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum education preferred: BBA/BS degree in a related field.
• 10 years of HR Generalist experience in a manufacturing environment or 5–7 years with a related degree.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work across levels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee relations and administer wage and salary programs.
• Oversee recruitment and hourly crew staffing; coordinate testing and offers.
