Ricoh Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead Talent Management within our Shared Services HR team, supporting multiple locations. You will drive workforce planning, employee development, and engagement initiatives to align people strategy with production needs.

This hands‑on leader will manage a 24‑7 manufacturing environment, coaching HR staff, refining policies, and partnering with operations to ensure compliance and strong business results.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR in manufacturing or 24/7 operations.
• Ability to develop and manage budgets and goals.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of HR professionals supporting recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training.
• Develop and manage goals and budgets to support company objectives and cost-down initiatives.
• Refine HR policies, processes, and systems to strengthen talent acquisition, retention, and development.
• Provide coaching to leaders on HR policies and employee matters.
• Reduce risk by guiding investigations and disciplinary actions with sound judgement.
• Support audits and data requests (e.g., SOX, HRIS reports).
• Manage relationships with vendors and staffing agencies.
• Build team capacity in a resource-constrained environment.
