Job summary

RS Utility Structures Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR programs across our manufacturing sites.

You will translate business priorities into actionable plans and partner with Plant HR, Operations, Finance, Payroll, IT, and leaders to drive execution. The role focuses on HR technology, employee lifecycle, compliance, performance management, policy development, reporting, and organizational effectiveness, while guiding the broader HR function and ensuring

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in progressive HR roles.
• Experience leading HR programs, policies, and processes across locations.
• SHRM/HRCI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR initiatives and partner with Plant HR Directors to drive priorities.
• Oversee HRIS, analytics, reporting, and process improvements.
• Manage employee lifecycle, onboarding, changes, and offboarding.
• Oversee benefits, leave programs, and annual open enrollment.
• Develop policies, compliance, and standard HR practices across locations.
• Support performance management, talent development, and leadership initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional HR projects from concept to implementation.
