Ironwood Plastics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to align the workforce with organizational goals across locations. You will manage HR and safety programs, develop policies, and ensure compliance, while partnering with leaders to drive workforce effectiveness.

The role emphasizes talent management, recruiting, training, and performance development in a manufacturing setting, with strong emphasis on confidentiality and regulatory adherence.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, HR or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing environment; 4 years preferred.
• SHRM-CP or PHR preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilidades

• Manages and supports HR and safety practices, policies and programs across multiple locations.
• Researches and implements new/enhanced HR practices, policies or programs and communicates changes.
• Oversees and maintains HR and safety records required by law (EEOC, MIOSHA, etc.).
• Ensures legal compliance, maintains records, and protects confidential information.
• Develops and maintains job descriptions and ensures proper classification and compliance.
• Prepares HR reports, budgets, and conducts compensation research.
• Leads performance management initiatives and develops leaders.
• Develops career development and training plans to build skills and succession planning.
• Manages recruiting activities and partners with hiring managers to hire effectively.
• Oversees onboarding, orientation, offboarding, and leaves of absence; coordinates transitions.
• Advises management on employee issues, investigations, and policy compliance with thorough documentation.
