Job summary

CI-DELL Plastics in Mequon, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR activities for our manufacturing operation. This on-site, full-time role partners with ownership and an Office Assistant to drive recruiting, employee relations, payroll support, training, benefits, and compliance across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, manufacturing focus preferred.
• Experience supporting a multi-shift production environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Manage employee relations, performance coaching, investigations, and discipline.
• Administer payroll, compensation, benefits, leave programs, and HR records.
• Oversee safety, OSHA compliance, workers' compensation, and related programs.
• Develop and deliver training and leadership development initiatives.
• Maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and regulatory compliance.
• Support organizational growth and culture-building across shifts.
