Job summary

Redline Plastics LLC is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations in Manitowoc, WI. You will oversee recruitment, compensation, benefits, and compliance, while guiding staff and supporting business goals on a manufacturing floor. Strong communication, confidentiality, and decision-making are essential.

The role requires 3–5 years HR experience, a degree in Business/HR, and may prefer PHR/SHRM-CP certification. Office-based with floor support and a modern facility await.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Business or HR preferred.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred but not required.
• 3 to 5 years of HR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct routine HR department functions including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies.
• Provide guidance to HR staff and management on complex questions and sensitive issues; administer routine tasks and accommodations as needed.
• Manage talent acquisition including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring for managerial and professional roles; collaborate with managers to understand skills required.
• Analyze compensation and benefits trends; propose competitive pay programs to attract and retain talent.
• Create learning and development programs for internal growth.
• Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and best practices.
• Maintain knowledge of HR trends and employment law to advise leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
