Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/IR required.
• 10+ years HR experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory/management role.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment required.
• Strong knowledge of federal and South Carolina HR laws and regulations.
• Experience with Workday preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with site operations leaders to design and implement proactive employee relations programs.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the organization.
• Lead staffing and recruitment activities, including full-cycle recruiting for salaried staff and production roles.
• Manage onboarding, background checks, drug screenings, offer letters, and orientation.
• Maintain HR systems and payroll records; ensure accuracy of data.
• Oversee leaves of absence, unemployment claims, and policy compliance.
• Conduct investigations and provide guidance to management on issue resolution.
• Lead training and development, including performance reviews and leadership development with Corporate L&OD.
• Administer corrective action processes aligned with company values.
• Collaborate with Corporate HR on communications, compensation, benefits, and policy development.
• Manage local compensation programs and wage rate administration.
• Support benefits administration and respond to inquiries.
