Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years progressive HR experience in manufacturing or operations.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop HRBPs to build site HR capability and consistency.
• Partner with operations to support workforce planning, talent reviews, and changes.
• Provide employee relations support including investigations and corrective actions.
• Advise on HR policies and compliance with U.S. employment law.
