Job summary

Miller Industries is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to provide comprehensive HR support in a manufacturing setting. You will handle employee relations, onboarding, compliance, talent acquisition support, and HR administration while aligning with company policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities include partnering with operations, ensuring OSHA compliance, and supporting benefits administration, training, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience supporting hourly/workforce populations strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and act as a trusted advisor, providing proactive HR guidance aligned with operational objectives
• Partner with leaders to drive and support organizational initiatives, goals, and processes. This will include translating business strategies into actionable HR plans.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and pre-employment processes
• Assist with onboarding logistics and ensure a smooth transition for new hires
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
