Ci-Dell Plastics in Mequon, WI is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions for a multi-shift manufacturing operation. This is a true HR Department of One role reporting to ownership and overseeing one office assistant.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of manufacturing HR experience, strong employment-law knowledge, and proven ability to coach leaders and influence across the organization in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience.
• Manufacturing HR experience is required.
• Experience supporting a multi-shift production environment.
• BA/BS in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Serve as trusted resource for employees, supervisors, and ownership.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, coaching, and investigations.
• Administer payroll, compensation, benefits, leave programs, and HR records.
• Oversee compliance with FMLA, ADA, Workers' Comp, unemployment, and related matters.
• Develop and deliver employee training and leadership development initiatives.
• Maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and compliance with employment regulations.
• Support safety initiatives, OSHA-related activities, and Workers' Compensation processes.
• Coordinate employee recognition programs, company events, and culture-building activities.
• Partner with leadership to support organizational growth and workforce development.
• Oversee and develop one Office Assistant
