Ci-DELL Plastics is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions for our Mequon, WI manufacturing operation. This onsite, full‑time role reports to ownership and guides an Office Assistant, supporting recruitment, payroll, benefits, training, and employee relations across multiple shifts.

You will shape culture and drive growth by partnering with leaders, managing compliance, and developing programs that enhance the employee experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in manufacturing.
• Experience supporting multi-shift production environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and HR operations.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.

• Develop and deliver employee training and leadership development initiatives.
• Maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and compliance with employment regulations.
• Support safety initiatives, OSHA‑related activities, and Workers' Compensation processes.
• Coordinate employee recognition programs, company events, and culture-building activities.
• Partner with leadership to support organizational growth and workforce development.
• Oversee and develop one Office Assistant

Reporting directly to ownership and overseeing one Office Assistant, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, supervisors, and employees across a multi‑shift manufacturing operation. No two days are exactly alike. What You’ll Do

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Manufacturing HR experience required
• Experience supporting a multi‑shift production environment
• Previous experience as a stand‑alone HR professional or within a small HR team strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, HR compliance, and HR operations
• Proven ability to build relationships, coach leaders, and influence at all levels of an organization
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills

PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus

Schedule & Benefits

This position is fully onsite in Mequon, Wisconsin, with core business hours generally between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., while maintaining the flexibility and visibility needed to support employees and leaders across all shifts.
