BLADE in Geneva, Ohio is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the HR function at our manufacturing site. This onsite role partners with the leadership team to manage the full employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management, employee relations, and compliance with state and federal laws.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, EEO) and HR best practices

• Oversee recruitment efforts and participate in interview/selection process
• Provide guidance on employee relations and conduct investigations
• Administer performance management processes and advise on improvements
• Implement and enforce policies ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
