BLADE (HDT) seeks a Sr. Director of Operations to lead manufacturing operations for its Geneva, OH and Mansfield, OH sites, partnering with executive leadership to drive growth.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, budget management, and process optimization across multiple departments and locations. Responsibilities include directing site-wide improvements, ensuring on-time delivery and quality, managing budgets, and promoting safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or industrial engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Lean and Six Sigma with Kaizen, 5S, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping.
• Financial oversight including budgets, capital expenditures, and P&L.
• ERP/MRP system proficiency.
• OSHA and ISO regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Direct manufacturing operations for Geneva, OH and Mansfield, OH sites.
• Lead multi-department teams and align daily performance with growth goals.
• Strategic planning, budget management, and process optimization.
• Develop and monitor budgets to achieve financial objectives.
• Coordinate operations and communications across sites and functions.
• Drive KPI achievement through proactive problem solving.
• Support proposals based on RFP/RFQ requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
