BLADE in Geneva, Ohio seeks an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function at our manufacturing site. This role is onsite, Monday through Friday, partnering with site leadership to support talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits, and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee payroll coordination, training initiatives, and employee engagement efforts, while ensuring adherence to FLSA, FMLA, EEO and other applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience with at least 3 in a leadership role, preferably in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, EEO) and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management and conflict-resolution skills; proficiency with HRIS and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Oversee recruitment efforts and staffing for the Geneva site.
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues; conduct investigations and mediate conflicts.
• Administer performance review processes and advise on performance improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws; liaise with OFCCP and state employment services.
• Administer benefits programs; assist payroll processes and benchmarking.
• Manage onboarding and coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Participate in site and organization-wide employee engagement activities.
