Imperial is hiring an HR Manager to promote a culture of respect, accountability, and engagement across Bourbon production environments. You will partner with operations leadership, coach supervisors, run investigations, and ensure compliant HR practices while traveling to other plants to standardize policies.

The role manages 2-3 HR team members. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in employee relations, manufacturing HR, and onsite availability in Bourbon, MO.

Qualifications

• 2+ years directly managing employees.
• 4+ years in employee relations and investigations.
• 4+ years in manufacturing or production, ideally multi-plant.
• Onsite in Bourbon, with travel to other plants.
• Working knowledge of employment law.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of respect, accountability, and engagement across production environments.
• Lead investigations into harassment, discrimination, attendance, conduct, and policy violations.
• Coach supervisors on employee relations, performance and attendance management.
• Administer discipline fairly and drive retention and recognition initiatives.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, badge administration, and confidential personnel records.
