Imperial Headwear in Bourbon, MO is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead all operations at the new facility, with full P&L responsibility and accountability for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and customer service. You will build a high-performing leadership team, implement DMS and TPM, and drive growth, efficiency, and profitability through lean practices and strategic initiatives.

• 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field; equivalent leadership experience considered.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead safety culture and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Oversee quality, delivery, cost, and customer service while meeting financial targets.
• Own the plant P&L and manage labor, materials, and operating expenses.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing leadership team.
• Drive continuous improvement via TPM, DMS, and Lean practices.
