Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the Horse Cave campus people strategy with clear priorities and measures.
• Coach leaders to strengthen leadership effectiveness and accountability.
• Lead organization design and people aspects of business change to navigate ambiguity.
• Build an eight-person campus HR organization with clear priorities and accountability.
• Foster an employee experience where teams are heard, respected and performing.
• Partner across HR and the business to balance campus needs with enterprise consistency.
