Job summary

Marzetti Company seeks a Manager, Supply Chain HR Programs & Transformation to lead governance and execution of HR transformation initiatives across the Supply Chain. You will partner with HRBPs and COEs to translate strategy into actionable deployment plans and drive adoption at scale.

The role requires strong change management, program design, and analytics to monitor progress, outcomes, and talent implications across distributed teams. Located in Columbus, OH, with some travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience.
• Strong governance and program design skills.
• Proven ability to influence across multiple levels of the organization.
• Experience leading change management and driving adoption across distributed teams.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decisions.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of Supply Chain or operations and talent implications.

Responsibilities

• Own change management tools, methodologies, and governance across Supply Chain HR initiatives; drive adoption and measure outcomes.
• Serve as PMO lead for Supply Chain HR programs with standardized tools, templates, and rhythms.
• Govern the execution discipline, track risks, milestones, and outcomes across teams.
• Lead M&A HR integration planning and enable alignment of the Supply Chain People Plan.
• Own Talent Review processes, coordinating timelines, tools, and reporting of health metrics.
• Partner with HRBPs, Supply Chain leaders, and COEs to activate enterprise programs across the network.
• Leverage data and insights to identify gaps and inform recommendations for improvements.
