Job summary

A growing machinery manufacturing company in the Bay Area is seeking a hands-on Senior HR Manager to lead its HR function and report directly to the CEO.

You will own HR decision-making across employee relations, policy, compliance, and performance management; rebuild processes; design training; and shape compensation and benefits. The role also oversees a HR generalist and recruiter in a fast-paced environment.

• Own HR decision-making, from employee relations and investigations to policy and compliance.
• Rebuild performance management into a more objective, structured process.
• Design and personally deliver training programs for managers and supervisors.
• Build a formal compensation structure and partner on benefits strategy.
• Lead workers' comp and leave case management.
• Oversee an HR generalist and recruiter.
