Job summary

A growing machinery manufacturing company in the Bay Area is seeking a hands-on Senior HR Manager to lead its HR function and report directly to the CEO.

You will own HR decision-making across employee relations, policy, compliance, and performance management; rebuild processes; design training; and shape compensation and benefits. The role also oversees a HR generalist and recruiter in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring

• 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in HR management


• Manufacturing or industrial background with hourly, multi-shift workforce experience


• Strong knowledge of California employment law


• Track record building or rebuilding an HR function, not just running an existing one


• SHRM or PHR certification a plus, not required


• Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Compensation

$135,000-$150,000/yr

$130,000 per year
