Qualificações

• Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Support recruitment: requisitions, applicant screening, interview coordination, onboarding communications.
• Support HR operations: employee records, audits, compliance, reporting, admin tasks.
• Assist with engagement planning: collect feedback, track actions, communicate with teams.
• Participate in HR projects: retention, workforce planning, process improvement, development.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve employee relations matters.
• Assist with documentation and follow‑ups for employee concerns.
• Help coordinate HR training activities.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and employee engagement events.
• Build collaborative relationships across manufacturing site.
• Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
