Job summary

Zero Zone Ramsey, MN seeks a HR Generalist to administer strategies, policies, and programs across all HR activities, collaborating with divisional heads to align HR with business strategy under the Divisional HR Manager.

You will help develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and support training initiatives while maintaining records and ensuring legal compliance in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business preferred.
• Minimum of five years in human resources within manufacturing.
• In-depth knowledge of general HR policies and procedures and safety programs.
• Proficiency in an HRIS system and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and interpret HR policies and procedures.
• Manage employee relations and communications to maintain positive work environment.
• Investigate and resolve employee complaints with coaching as needed.
• Assist with the creation, development and implementation of employee training programs and maintain training records.
• Maintain HRIS records and compile reports from the database.
• Act as a key company representative in community relations, establishing a presence in the local community.
• Responsible for talent acquisition in line with budgeted expectations and organizational goals, tracking applicant data and reporting as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements.
